Agenda : 1. To confirm the minutes of the 11th Annual General Meeting held on 29.05.2005. 2. To accept the Annual Report of the Hony. General Secretary. 3. To accept the Audited Accounts for the year 2005-06 . 4. To appoint Auditor for the year 2006-2008. 5. To consider other proposals, if any, received by the secretary duly proposed and seconded by members at least 14 days before the date of meeting. 6. To elect the members of teh Executive Committee including the office bearers for the year 2006-2008. 7. Any other business with the permission of the President. |
